By installing our battery equipment at the master utility connection for the property,
we save money for condo owners. We pay all costs, you save money.
Property-wide backup power
While current building permits require backup power for elevators and other common elements, our solution extends up to 12 hours of backup power to the entire property during a grid outage.
Occasionally a power outage reveals a technical issue with your generator. In this case, having a battery bank gives property managers time to perform maintenance, while enterphones and door fobs, fire sensors, garage doors, and elevators work smoothly.
How are savings accounted for?
Typically, customers elect to issue these savings to the condo corporation, to reduce condo maintenance fees. This accounting makes the appraisal of units on resale simple for realtors and new buyers, as the cost savings are simply reflected in lower condo fees.
In this scenario, the electricity bills for the condo owners remain the same as before. We’re happy to explain all the project details to your condo board.
Who qualifies?
We accept multi-residential properties with 50 units and above within Ontario. For commercial condos, we accept properties of 30,000 square feet and up.
